The Administration and Finance Division is responsible for the following functions of the institute:

• Personnel
• Establishment
• Supplies
• Transport
• Legal
• Office Services
• Maintenance

• Security and also it is responsible for all matters related to the financial activities of the institution such as preparation of estimates, control of the budget, preparation of periodical and final accounts, control of expenditure, collection of revenue, matters connected with borrowings, preparation and payment of salaries and wages and review of performance with regard to financial matters.
